How long will it take you to build our website? |
| A. |
Assuming you are able to provide the information that you wish to appear within your website, we estimate an average of 2 weeks, although some larger websites can take a month to develop. We will always estimate how long we expect your website to take to complete. It is also essential to the production time that you feedback to us as soon as possible after we ask you questions, e.g. do you like the 1st draft? |

If we purchase a package off you and don't need all of the pages, is there a refund? |
| A. |
No, there are no refunds. This is because we believe we have structured our packages to the most common number of pages for varying business types. Our package prices work out a lot less than our per-page cost, so you really are getting a good deal. It is possible to fill in any unused page allowance at a later date for no charge if required. We will always be as flexible as we can with you. |

I've heard of 'meta' and 'search engines' before, what are they and can you do the necessary work? |

Meta is the language that Search Engines like to find on well built websites. It comprises several lines of text that help to identify who you are and what you do, to Search Engines. If your Meta is structured correctly, in association with your page content, you will be thought of more highly by Search Engines, and that will go towards giving you a higher Search Engine ranking. We provide a complementary period of Search Engine Submission with every package that we offer. Please see our prices section for more details or these periods and bolt-on prices. |

What are the "bolt-ons" that you mention? |
| A. |
We have changed the way that we charge our clients, offering a more fare pricing model. Rather than charging everybody for services that they may not require, we now offer extras such as maintenance, as bolt-ons. For example, if you require a website that will not require any alterations, you do not need to pay anything for maintenance. If you do require alterations you can purchase maintenance bolt-ons in bulks of 5 hours (this is an allowance that can be carried over your entire contract), which means that you will only pay for what you use, as opposed to some clients that previously paid the same for regular alterations as others that only altered a page once a year. We have already registered a domain name, can we transfer it to you? |
| A. |
Yes, there are no transfer-in fees. If you have a package that offers a .co.uk domain name and you wish to transfer a domain other than a .co.uk to us, there may be a small annual charge. Please ask for details and we will disclose any charges beforehand. |

Can we use another provider to register our domain name and host our website? |

Yes, but there are no discounts for you doing this. |

Can we have more than one domain name? |
| A. |
You can have as many domain names as you like, however additional domains are classed as bolt-ons and carry charges for registration/hosting etc. There are discounts for multiple/bulk registrations. Please see our domain registration page for details. |

Can we upgrade to a bigger website during our contract, and if so are their any discounts? |

You can upgrade at any time at all. Discounts are offered, but depend on the package you are currently on, the package you wish to upgrade to and the length of time you have remaining on your current contract - pleases ask for details. |

I want a very specific website, with a different amount of pages to the packages that you offer. Can you still help? |

Yes we can. Simply use our contact page to get in touch and we will discuss your requirements and arrange a meeting if required. Once we have your full specifications agreed we will produce a no obligation estimate for you, which will be valid for 30 days. |
