21 Simple Steps you can take to Start feeling Happier:
- Eat a well-balanced, healthy diet.
- Don't overeat but don’t get hungry.
- Get enough sleep. Sleep with your window open.
- Exercise regularly.
- Limit tea, coffee and alcohol.
- Don't use nicotine, cocaine, or other recreational drugs.
- Take breaks from work. Make sure to balance fun activities with your responsibilities.
- Spend time with people you enjoy.
- Drink about 2 liters of bottled or filtered water a day.
- Take 1 good quality multi vitamin tablet every day.
- Avoid all strong smells, perfume, aftershave, aerosols, scented room smells, candles,
