  • How many days have I had lunch at the desk this week?
  • Did I exercise today?
  • How many days have I asked this week?
  • Am I working this weekend?
  • Did I work last weekend?
  • What is my diet like?
  • Have I eaten a healthy balanced diet – three meals a day, a good breakfast, lots of fresh fruit and vegetablesand plenty of water, or have I been eating off ready meals and take-aways?
