Sexual Problems:Male sexual difficulties involve getting and keeping an erection, ejaculating too quickly, difficulty reaching an orgasm. What is hard enough, fast enough and time enough for both couples is best decided by them. Sometimes the only time a man can ejaculate is if he has a ‘fetish’. Problems can happen suddenly with worry on both sides. The majority of problems resolve themselves as they could be the result of tiredness, ‘wrong time’ and anxiety. If the problem persists and you have been to the doctor to check that you are medically sound then and the problem is still there then a visit to a therapist will help to eliminate the negative thoughts that have stopped you from enjoying your relationship to the full. Female sexual problems can be, not being in the mood, trouble becoming aroused, which generally means being too ‘dry’, difficulty having orgasms and pain during sex or pain related to sexual activity. If there is pain related to sex do go and get this checked from a medical point of view. If the pain is due to an ‘emotion’ see a therapist. If you are not suitable aroused and dry this can sometimes be caused by medication and changes in hormone levels due to like having a baby, menopause etc. CALL me NOW - I can help! |
